All orders placed through our website are processed securely through Shopify. By completing checkout, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount, including product costs, shipping, and applicable taxes.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including orders with incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, or unavailable inventory. If this happens, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

Processing typically takes 5–7 business days. Shipping time is estimated at 3–5 business days once your order is dispatched. Delivery times may vary based on carrier delays, holidays, or high-volume periods.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. The House of Hair is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

All sales are final. Due to the nature of hair products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and safety reasons. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

The House of Hair is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after tracking shows the order was delivered. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly and file a claim.

With proper maintenance, our bundles can last 3–5 years or longer. Results may vary depending on care routine, styling, dyeing, and daily wear. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, coloring, heat, or other chemical processes.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse the site, attempt to interfere with its security, or use automated systems to scrape or access our content without permission. We may suspend or restrict access to the site for any violation of these terms.
