What is your shipping policy?
Processing Time: 5-7 days. Shipping Time: 3-5 days. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking so you can follow your bundle every step of the way.
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after an order has been placed. Please review your cart carefully before completing checkout.
What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
House of Hair is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped and are in the possession of the carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding any delivery issues.

What makes your bundles different?
Every bundle is single-donor, cuticle-aligned, and steamed to hold its pattern. No synthetic fillers, no mixed sources — just raw and virgin hair finished in our Gold Champagne tones.
How long do the bundles last?
With proper maintenance, bundles can last 3–5 years if not longer. We recommend sulfate-free products, gentle detangling, and storing on a satin hanger between installs.
Can I dye or bleach the hair?
Yes. Our virgin and raw hair lifts and colors beautifully because the cuticles are intact and the strands have never been chemically processed. We recommend professional coloring for best results.
